Registration for the conference takes place online at NWPI KarRC RAS website at: online registration
The deadline of the registration is 28.02.2018

PAPER SUBMISSION

Paper submissions will be accepted until April 1, 2018 only via the conference website http://intercarto.msu.ru
No later submissions will be considered.
Paper format requirements and a sample are posted on the conference website: http://intercarto.msu.ru/jour/about/submissions
The requirements are according to the international database Scopus, since an application has been submitted for including the proceedings in Scopus. Articles not formatted according to the rules will be returned to the authors for revision.
Publication is subject to double blind review and advance payment of the registration fee.
To submit a paper register on the website in the ‘for authors’ section (until you’ve already registered) http://intercarto.msu.ru/jour/about/submissions
Then click the ‘Start submission’ link and follow the instructions of the system. You’re advised to fill in as fully as possible the personal details and all the information requested by the system at each step.
At step 4 you’ll be requested to attach the files with figures in jpg or tiff format (the same figures should be incorporated in the text of the article), as well as the registration form and a copy of the receipt confirming payment of the conference fee.
